Account Director

As an Account Director/Client Director, you are the interface between our customers – the top manufacturers & outsourcers of the IT industry – and our internal project management. You identify and create new businesses and work closely with our Service Delivery Managers worldwide. You will have an Executive Partner, Account Manager and a Bid Management Team, that together will create the most compelling IT solutions that exceed the requirements of our customers.

  • Your focus will be to develop relationships with key customers and influencers and leverage these during the  process.
  •  Consult with and educate our customers. Understand their service needs and develop successful customer strategies
  • Joint development of solution-oriented offers for global IT Services and Device as a Service (DaaS) offerings
  • Designing of the entire  process from the analysis of customer needs to the presentation of a tailor-made solution to the contract negotiation
  • Responsible for the presentation of the concept as well as for the fine tuning with the Customers and accompany the project to implementation
  • Manage and monitor costs to achieve cost reductions whilst creating effective and efficient business solutions to meet the customer requirements
  • Manage the lifecycle of the  process, including negotiations, preparing RFP responses, contract and pricing negotiations, maintaining accurate updates in our  CRM (Force)
  • Analyze pricing data from industry sources and competitors
  • Assist in the development of global rate cards

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  •   Experience in the IT Service industry. Someone that can come to the table with vast knowledge of current market pricing for things like onsite service calls, FTE rates, hourly ticket rates, 24×7 after hour rates
  • Requires an individual that is competitive in nature and has a proven track record of  success
  • Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in IT Service Account Management
  • High stress resistance, independent in nature, and flexible availability to serve our global customer base
  • Willingness to travel (both domestic and international)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Must be excellent at developing PowerPoint slides that concisely communicate points
  • Creativity and design skills Expert in MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Experience in Power BI a plus
