On-Site Desktop Support Engineer - Urgently needed

Working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP) the ideal candidate will supply services to our customer as an On-Site based resource. Working as part of the client team to provide services as required and assisting the staff to provide an excellent customer experience.

  • Provide professional deskside IT support
  • Essential Technical Skills : Windows 7 – Windows 8/8.1 – Windows 10 – SCCM -2019 – McAfee/EPO – 5.10 – AD/DNS
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems for clients, recommend and implement corrective solutions
  • Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot client workstations, mobile devices and related hardware or software in order to deliver required deskside service levels
  • Utilise the ticket management system to record, update and resolve tickets from the Helpdesk
  • Collaborate with other support groups to help troubleshoot client issues
  • Utilise tools for building, monitoring and troubleshooting client devices
  • Upholding procedures for logging, reporting, and statistically monitoring desktop operations
  • Meet or exceed expected customer service levels
  • Other duties as assigned by the Desktop support manager
