Remote Technical Support

With Beta6’s three-tiered support, all issues are initially assessed by the 24x7x365 Beta6 Service Desk and then rapidly directed to the proper tier for immediate action. We support all types of standard products and technologies, including End User workstations and common applications, printers or mobile devices, servers, active network devices, primary/ back up power supplies, and domain controllers.

Beta6 Remote Monitoring

As a part of our remote technical support, Beta6 remotely monitors the availability and workload of the devices in the Customer’s network, including proactively reporting failures to the Customer within the guaranteed response time while simultaneously commencing servicing activities. The service also includes backup of the configuration of the monitored devices.

Asset and Information Management: Beta6 offers always-available, high-performance out-of-band remote management over cellular wireless networks. Management utilizing M2M technologies minimizes data costs associated with remote management services, offering extra features at the same time when compared to legacy remote management methods

Intelligent Alarms and Notifications: We are able to aggregate alarms and other notifications from remote monitoring services to inform clients about important events without any delays, together with Intelligent Impact Analysis to analyze how hardware and/ or system failure affects the whole network and its operations

Asset and Information Management: We store information about all managed LAN/WAN assets, with defined relations and dependencies between them. With additional information to assets managed, we manage lifecycle services on top of each asset managed, such as EoL and EoS information, license and contract expirations, purchase and shipping history, etc.

Auto Discovery: Administration can be done manually or through an Auto Discovery method that automatically scans the network and automatically updates the database for further processing

Proactive Monitoring of the Equipment: We monitor the performance and availability of distributed operating systems and applications, including components such as networking equipment, storage systems, software, and applications
